1. GENERAL RULES

• Entrance wristbands to Tetysblu Theme Park are used to enter and exit the park, as well as to pay for any additional paid services within the park. A list of free and paid services and attractions can be obtained at the kiosks.
• At Tetysblu Theme Park, you can only pay with wristbands, which are issued upon arrival. You can top up your wristbands with cash or credit card at designated locations.
• Bracelets should be kept in the original condition in which they were received. If the wristbands are damaged or lost, please contact the Guest Relations Office. If necessary, responsible personnel may request an identity card and an appropriate signature. Please keep your bracelet/receipt until the end of your visit. Using a fake bracelet or cheating is a criminal offence.
• The operation of rides at Tetysblu Theme Park may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance work. Information about attractions that are closed due to technical reasons can be obtained from the Guest Relations Office.
• Tetysblu Theme Park wristbands are valid for the duration of the visit during Tetysblu working day (1 day).
• Wristbands at Tetysblu Theme Park are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• An escort is responsible for the persons he accompanies. Visitors aged 12 and under are not allowed to enter the property on their own. A person accompanying a visitor under 12 years of age cannot be younger than 18 (eighteen) years of age.
• It is forbidden to enter the Tetysblu Theme Park with flammable and explosive substances, piercing and cutting objects, weapons and other dangerous items.
• It is forbidden to bring pets into the Tetysblu Theme Park.
• It is forbidden to bring flying discs, balls and similar objects that may endanger guests or interfere with the work of staff, as well as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar vehicles that may interfere with the movement of pedestrians.
• In the event of a threat to public order and security in the Park, the management of the Tetysblu Theme Park or a person / persons authorized by it reserves the right to block the entrance of those who are involved in theft, aggressive behavior, actions that violate the rules of the park, or who are trying to pass without a queue, as well as to prevent such persons from entering the territory on the grounds that the specified security rules are not observed.

2. REGULATIONS FOR FOOD AND DRINKS

• It is forbidden to bring any food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to the Tetysblu amusement park, except for the use of 0.5 liters of water for each guest and baby food.

3. RULES FOR CLOTHING

• Visiting swimming pools, water slides and attractions is mandatory in suitable clothing (swimming suits).
• It is imperative that visitors wear suitable shoes and slippers during the day at Tetysblu Theme Park.
• Children aged 3 and under must wear special waterproof swim diapers before entering the pool. (Standard diapers do not fit).

4. REGULATIONS FOR VALUABLES

• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Tetysblu Theme Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• All trips have time limits for your safety and comfort, such as health, weight, height, age and the need for an accompanying person. These restrictions must be adhered to. Otherwise, the guest is personally responsible for all negative consequences that may arise when using the rides.
• All photographs taken by you, as well as videos and audio recordings, are for your personal use only. Without our written consent, their commercial use, commercial reproduction or production is strictly prohibited.
• Tetysblu Theme Park is monitored by CCTV for security reasons.
• Smoking is allowed only in certain areas. These places are equipped and located in accordance with the relevant laws.
• Pregnant women and patients with cardiovascular diseases, physical and skin infectious diseases, as well as persons with bleeding open wounds are not allowed to use the pools and attractions. Otherwise, only the interested guests are responsible for all possible negative consequences.
• Visitors must be in good health and must not have any medical contraindications or complaints. If you have doubts and chronic health problems, you should seek medical help. Special restrictions, other than those indicated, are indicated on the information boards of the rules and controlled by officials. Pay attention to these restrictions and strictly observe them.
• The use of Rides always involves some risk. By using rides, you acknowledge the existence of certain risks that every reasonable person should be aware of. When using the attractions, you must demonstrate proper behavior and comply with all prescribed warnings and restrictions required for this attraction, as well as verbal recommendations from the park administration.
• Tetysblu theme park has taken all the necessary measures to provide you with a safe and fun environment. All warning and information signs and instructions given by official representatives must be observed. However, Tetysblu Theme Park is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings, death or personal injury, in the event that the loss, damage or injury results from the guest's negligence or the fact that the guest cannot swim, which he/she does not comply with the rules to be followed at Tetysblu Theme Park and these Entry Rules. These rules of external responsibilities do not affect situations that cannot be excluded in the interests of legal acts.
